We design, obtain approvals for, and build interior projects across the UAE for villas and apartments, offices and retail, hotels and restaurants. Everything runs as a single turnkey contract covering design, 2D drawings, 3D renders, Dubai Municipality submissions, joinery, MEP coordination, finishing and handover.
Most clients come to us at one of two points: they have a space and no drawings, or they have drawings and no contractor they trust to build them. We cover both.

Most fit out problems in Dubai are not design problems. They are coordination problems: a drawing that never reached the joinery workshop, an approval nobody chased, a variation raised after the tiles were laid. We structure projects to remove those gaps.
Design, drawings, approvals and execution are handled by one team on one contract, with weekly reporting against an agreed programme. You approve the 3D before anything is ordered, and the price you sign is the price you pay unless you change the scope.

Site Visit & Proposal
We visit the site, take measurements, understand the brief and budget, then issue a fixed-price proposal and programme.
3–5 working days - STAGE 02
Design & 3D Renders
Layouts, material boards and photorealistic 3D renders. Nothing is ordered until you sign off the visuals.
Scope dependent - STAGE 03
Drawings & Approvals
Working drawings and submissions to Dubai Municipality, the relevant free-zone authority or your community management.
Authority dependent - STAGE 04
Build & Handover
In house execution with weekly progress reports, a joint snag walk and handover on the contracted date.

Durations are indicative and confirmed in writing in your proposal. Long lead items such as imported stone or bespoke joinery can extend a programme; we flag these before contract, not during.
